With a medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine and a residency at Oregon Health Sciences University as an otolaryngologist, Dr. Riddle has the training and experience to treat thyroid patients using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques. Dr. Riddle is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. Since starting his practice in 1998, Dr. Riddle has treated over 1,500 patients with thyroid disease and performed over 1,000 thyroid/parathyroid surgical procedures.

Holding a medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine, Dr. Parsons then completed a five-year ENT surgical residency at Indiana University School of Medicine. While there he developed a strong interest in treating thyroid problems. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery. Dr. Beus graduated from Saint Louis University School of Medicine in 2000 and then completed a residency in otolaryngology at Penn State in Hershey, Pennsylvania. At Penn State he received specific training on minimally invasive surgical thyroid procedures. Dr. Beus is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is also a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery.

Dr. Shipley attended medical school at Saint Louis University and finished his otolaryngology residency at Ohio State University. Dr. Shipley is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery.
| ||Shahzad Ahmad, MD, FACE, ECNU|
Dr. Ahmad is a board-certified endocrinologist, a Fellow of the American College of Endocrinology, a member of the American Thyroid Association, and ECNU-certified. Dr. Ahmad completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in Englewood, New Jersey and then went on to an Endocrinology fellowship at UCLA. Although Dr. Ahmad treats all disorders of the endocrine system (diabetes, pituitary, etc.), his special focus is on the diagnosis and medical treatment of thyroid dysfunction, nodules, and cancer. Dr. Ahmad is currently the only ECNU-certified physician in the state of Utah. ECNU is a professional certification for endocrinologists who perform diagnostic ultrasound and ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration for thyroid and parathyroid disorders. He also was an assistant professor at the University of San Francisco School of Medicine.

Dr. Aljammal is a board-eligible endocrinologist who completed his Internal Medicine residency and Endocrinology fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Aljammal is a member of the Endocrine Society, American Thyroid Association, and American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists. Dr. Aljammal's clinical focus is in the evaluation and treatment of thyroid and parathyroid diseases, including thyroid nodules and cancer. He also treats patients with other endocrine-related diseases involving the pituitary and adrenal glands, as well as osteoporosis and diabetes.

Sharla received a Master's Degree in Nursing at Brigham Young University and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Due to her own struggle with thyroid cancer, Sharla relates well to patients' concerns and can provide personal experience regarding the medical treatment associated with thyroid disorders.
